As someone who's been to cooking school, I like a lot of what I see on your plate -- they're making an effort to give you more fresh options and less from cans (applause). What I also notice is that everything is low-fat . . . and fat is what gives the feeling of satiation, of feeling full. And honestly, in moderation, students should be able to have enough fats in the lunch menu to feel full for the afternoon. I feel kinda hungry just looking at it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
